Our event coordinator for the Atlanta Woman’s Club, Beth Beery, has been involved with customer service and event management for over 10 years. The Atlanta Woman’s Club pride of ownership in the historic mansion is very evident and the Club makes every effort to exceed all of our client's expectations. "Elegant Upscale Ambience in the Heart of Midtown" - The Club is a beautifully renovated 102 year old building that is a national, state and city historical landmark. It was built in 1906 as a private residence for the Wimbish family, and has been beautifully cared for by the Atlanta Woman's Club since 1914. To view photos of the facility, please click here.

The Wimbish Mansion features include:
- An elegant original 1920's ballroom with tall ceilings, arches
- Hardwood floors, antique crystal chandeliers
- Oval parlor with columns
- Elevator
- A variety of high ceiling rooms which elegantly flow into each other
- Non-smoking facility
- An easy to find location at the corner of 14th Street and Peachtree Street

The Atlanta Woman's Club can comfortably accommodate both large and small groups. The following are some estimates of group sizes and other useful information

The Club can serve 250 guests if the entire facility is used (all three floors which easily flow together).
2000 square foot ballroom can serve 200 guests for buffet or approximately 120 guests for sit-down dinner or luncheon/meeting format.
Third floor may also be rented for $550 to provide extra bar and food areas or break-out meeting rooms.
At no additional cost, we provide 140 ballroom chairs, twelve round tables that seat eight or ten, and long rectangular tables six or eight feet in length.
Catering/Cooking facilities available - May use caterer of your choice if approved by the Atlanta Woman's Club. We require proof of insurance and liquor liability for all caterers.
Facility has several large gathering rooms including the original ballroom, formal dining room, sun porch, parlor/reception area, conference rooms, and display rooms.
Oval dining room. Plus a covered front porch for added seating

Dancing is in our Ballroom, on hardwood flooring.
Raised stage area available in ballroom for DJ or band or other entertainment.
Two pianos available for use at no additional charge on the main floor and in the Grand Ballroom.

MARCH - DECEMBER

Saturday Standard Rental Rate:

$3650 fee for use of Main Level Parlors and 2000 square foot Ballroom. Accommodates up to 200 comfortably for buffet. Rental fee includes 9 hours use of facility from caterer arrival to close up. There is a $500 cleaning fee/damage deposit of which $300 is refundable if no damage occurs. Optional additional $550 if third floor is needed for extra bar or food areas. 3rd floor can increase accommodation size to 250 people. Upon contract signing, only 2/3 of facility fee is required. Balance and $500 cleaning fee/damage deposit is paid 2 weeks prior to event.

Standard Rental Rate includes the following:

60" round tables and gold chairs
Two grand pianos available for use.
Club hostess to assist guests and maintain clean bathrooms.
Security guard to assist for guests entry.

Friday and Sunday Standard Wedding Rate:

$2650 Facility Fee, includes up to 8 hours use of venue. Additional hours may be purchased. There is a $500 cleaning fee/damage deposit of which $300 is refundable if no damage occurs.

Sunday thru Friday Standard Rental Rate:

$275 an hour with a minimum of 4 hours of use. $500 cleaning fee/damage deposit of which $300 is refundable if no damage occurs.

REDUCED RATES FOR JANUARY AND FEBRUARY

$3000 Saturday rental

$2150 Friday and Sunday wedding rental

$225 an hour - Sunday thru Friday (4 hour minimum)

We require security at every function. Included in the above fees is one security person to assist with parking directions, the disabled, and general event security.
