Saturday Standard Rental Rate:
$3650 fee for use of Main Level Parlors and 2000 square foot Ballroom. Accommodates up to 200 comfortably for buffet. Rental fee includes 9 hours use of facility from caterer arrival to close up. There is a $500 cleaning fee/damage deposit of which $300 is refundable if no damage occurs. Optional additional $550 if third floor is needed for extra bar or food areas. 3rd floor can increase accommodation size to 250 people. Upon contract signing, only 2/3 of facility fee is required. Balance and $500 cleaning fee/damage deposit is paid 2 weeks prior to event.
Standard Rental Rate includes the following:
- 60" round tables and gold chairs
- Two grand pianos available for use.
- Club hostess to assist guests and maintain clean bathrooms.
- Security guard to assist for guests entry.
Friday and Sunday Standard Wedding Rate:
- $2650 Facility Fee, includes up to 8 hours use of venue. Additional hours may be purchased. There is a $500 cleaning fee/damage deposit of which $300 is refundable if no damage occurs.
Sunday thru Friday Standard Rental Rate:
$275 an hour with a minimum of 4 hours of use. $500 cleaning fee/damage deposit of which $300 is refundable if no damage occurs.

$2150 Friday and Sunday wedding rental
$225 an hour - Sunday thru Friday (4 hour minimum)
